Cancellations

Cardiff Dance Club reserve the rights to the following.

* Change of venue up to 1 month before the event is due to start where this is due to circumstances beyond our control.

* Change of workshop teachers without notice at any time prior to or during any event.

* Change of workshop content without notice at any time prior to or during any event.

* Cancellation of any event at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

* Cancellation any event up to 1 month before it is due to start,where the number of people participating is in our opinion to small for the event to operate successfully. In this situation all payments made to us will be refunded in full.

 

Should you have to cancel your weekend due to unforseen circumstances, please note the following terms and conditions.

* All Deposits are refundable up to 3 months prior to the event

* Balance payments can be refunded as follows

* Up to 3 months prior to the event - full refund

* Up to 2 months prior to the event - 70% of paid balance (non refundable deposit)

* Up to 1 month prior to the event - 50% of paid balance (non refundable deposit)

* No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 1 month prior to the event

 

Change of booking name

 * There is no charge if you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, but please let us know in advance and be sure to provide full contact details of the new person taking your place.
